Organic Trust Record Book 2024
For licensees with livestock on their farm, you must complete the number of livestock on your farm on January 1st and December 31st of each year.
Please do not leave the veterinary inputs page blank, even if you have not used any veterinary inputs. You MUST write a declaration stating, ‘none used’ accompanied by the year and your signature.
If you use a Producer-Specific Abattoir, please also complete and maintain the Producer-Specific Abattoir Record Book for review at your next annual inspection.
