Prior to registering into certified organic production in 1994, Altidore Farm and Castle had been farmed with the very minimum of artificial inputs for many years.

Philip Emmet now farms Altidore Farm and produces certified organic beef and lamb for commercial sale - all certified by Organic Trust Ltd. The organic beef and lamb produced on Altidore Farm are sold at an organically certified local butchers Farrelly's Butcher In Delgany village Co Wicklow
