Honestly Farm Kitchen

We serve food grown on our own Drumanilra Organic Farm, and sourced from other trusted like-minded producers, across our restaurants, drive-thru and farm shops.  We are the only farm to fork Drive-Thru in Ireland serving organic beef burgers from our herd of Dexter Cattle, organic salads from our polytunnels or other local farms and organic breads from our bakery.  Our venues combine relaxed, contemporary dining with a strong sense of place, from our Carrick-on-Shannon restaurant and drive-thru to our beachside location in Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Each location includes a carefully curated farm shop stocking produce from our farm alongside Irish artisan foods from suppliers we know and trust. Sustainability is central to how we operate, from reducing food waste and supporting the Deposit Return Scheme, to offering discounts for reusable coffee cups and using compostable, plastic-free packaging. We are registered with Refill Ireland and actively work to reduce our carbon footprint through thoughtful sourcing, waste separation and daily operational choices. Our aim is simple: good food, done honestly, in a way that supports people, producers and the environment.
