Richard and Sheila Galvin have been growing their tasty organic eating apples for nearly 20 years in their organic orchards near Portlaw, Co Waterford. They supply delicious eating apples to many loyal customers around the country. They also grow organic oats for Flahavans and organic rape seed for Second Nature Oils in Kilkenny.

Our orchard is situated on fertile hills close to the River Suir. Our apples grow organically, so are free of chemicals and pesticides.

Our cider vinegar is made from only the pure juice of these apples. It is raw, unfiltered and contains 'the mother' - strands of pretins, enzymes and friendly bacteria which give it a murky, cobweb-like appearance. 'The mother' is vital for the vinegar to be of benefit to your health.

Apple cider vinegar has long been highly regarded as a natural health supplement and has many amazing health benefits.
