Tynan, Martin
Our farm is located in Lisacul, Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon.
We operate a suckler cow enterprise on our fully certified organic farm. This farm is well established over 6 years and we breed our Hereford and Continental cows to an easy calving pedigree Charolais bull.
Weanlings are sold in the early autumn at an average weight of 350 kgs for heifers and 380 kgs for bulls.
The farm is Bord Bia certified, farmed to GLAS and organic standards and is totally BVD, TB and Brucellosis free. The herd is part of the Beef Genomics Scheme and 90% of dams are 4 or 5 star rated.
The weanlings are of excellent quality.
