  • Payments under the Organic Farming Scheme will be available to operators if the OFS re-opens for new applications later in 2016. The rules of the most recent OFS scheme launched in December 2015 are available by clicking on attached .pdf. We shall provide a link to the 2016/2017 scheme rules as soon as the scheme is re-opened for new entrants to organics. All OFS applications are on-line applications via www.agfood.ie – as the Organic Farming Scheme is not currently open for applications, no applications for payment under the scheme can be made at the present time.

Dunany Flour.

Dunany Organic Flour is grown, dried, milled and packaged in Dunany, Co Louth by the Workman Family.

Dunany Farm is a traditional 4th generation enterprise, producing full symbol organic cereals since 2006.  Our high standard, quality grain - particularly wheat - produces a wholesome, nutty, coarse-grained flour which is exceptionally good in traditional soda bread recipes.

Our spelt and rye flour makes tasty low gluten breads.  See the recipes on the back of the packs.
