Since 1980, Dawn Meats long standing reputation as Ireland and the UK’s leading beef and lamb producer continues to grow. This reputation has led to sustained & continuous sales growth of our premium quality beef & lamb to our partners across Ireland, the UK & mainland Europe. Our facilities are located strategically in Ireland & the UK to ensure the optimum welfare & sustainability practices.

The combination of our strong relationship with local farmers, our in-depth meat expertise and technical knowledge has enabled us to grow the business providing consistent quality grass fed beef & lamb from sustainable sources.

From the beginning, sustainable practices have been a key pillar in the Dawn Meats mission statement. These sustainable practices are embedded through the entire supply chain from the farmer to our customers in the retail and food service sectors. This helps align the supply chain and ensures farm to fork traceability. These practices have been acknowledged by Bord Bia in the awarding of the overall Sustainability Award at the Bord Bia Food & Drink Awards 2017.

We at Dawn Meats are renowned for their different cuts of beef, pork and Lamb, in both fresh and frozen forms. Through innovation we launched our organic frozen beef burger range in Europe.  We are currently expanding the company’s portfolio of organic products through launching organic cuts of beef steaks, lamb cuts, fresh beef and lamb burgers and legs of lamb in Ireland and Europe.
