At Daly's Seafoods, we use the finest Atlantic salmon and together with our unique smoking methods, produce consistent delicate flavours.

Salmon is dry cured with salt and smoked over oak and beechwood.  It is then sliced and packaged in temperature controlled facilities producing perfect cuts every time.
